1. General

By using the website of Sarajansheel Technology ("we", "Company") and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices displayed are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST (18% applicable for most product categories) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to brand/distributor revisions.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation (WhatsApp / email) and advance payment (or agreed credit terms for verified partners).
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as specified on each product page.
  • Payment accepted via NEFT / RTGS / UPI. Bank details shared at order confirmation.

4. Delivery

  • In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Indore.
  • Items on order from brands may take 5–15 business days.
  • Shipping charges are billed at actuals unless a free-delivery threshold is agreed.
  • Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 12–18 months from the date of purchase for Inovance and Schneider products). Warranty claims are processed through us; defective units are sent to the brand service centre.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns accepted within 7 days for unopened, undamaged items in original packaging.
  • Custom-ordered or opened items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Order cancellation post-dispatch will incur return shipping charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the product in question.
